Mission

My Mission is to provide great securities and corporate law services to the business community at the most cost-effective rates available:  Large firm securities and corporate legal work without large firm problems with quality, timing and bills. 

Profile

John Colin Jones has been an attorney since 1985.  Until 1998, he was employed as an attorney for the Massachusetts Securities Division, in its broker-dealer, enforcement and corporate finance sections.  He also maintained a part-time solo practice of law in Boston, Massachusetts concentrating on providing contract- drafting and commercial law counsel to small businesses.  From 1998 to 2000 he was in-house securities counsel for the nation's largest syndicator of low-income housing tax credits.  He resumed his private practice of law full time in late 2000.  Since then he has consulted and advised numerous companies -- most notably the turn-around of the US subsidiary of a major European computer hardware and software manufacturer.  For further background, please click here to or to the left to see my detailed Biography.
